Validation

■ Fill in the patient registration card and transmit along with the extract from the case-history 
     by e-mail: msi2006@msigmbh.com
     or by fax: 0049-6172-171699, 0049-6172-453749 to our office.
 
     In case of emergency you will get the proposals regarding treatment within one day. In case you do
     not have the extract from the case-history, you can provide us with the brief data of your case and
     you contact data, so that we can answer to you.

■ Your medical document will be translated into German free of charge and sent to the clinics. Then ,
      after consultation with the clinics' specialists ( made in personal presence of our representatives)
      you will receive the specific offer with attached detailed medical programme, the services of
      organization and a quotation of expected expenses of your examination, treatment and stay.

■ After the discussion and your agreement of the conditions of our proposal we will send to you the 
      contract and the calculation for the payment of your treatment

■ After the prepayment for the treatment program is made,
      you ( and accompanying person if necessary) will receive the official offer along with the notarial
      attestation and the confirmation of the clinic regarding the reservation of place and date of
      hospitalization. We will render you all necessary assistance with visa obtaining and
     (upon your special request) with airplane tickets booking 
■ In the airport you will be met by our representatives. They will accompany you during the whole
     period of your stay in Germany.
